David Zhang --- CEO
Mr.Zhang Fuqing, an experienced enterpriser in the industry of up and coming new technologies and an expert with deep research in the communication field, possesses more than 10 years of experience in multinational management, including 6 years in Greater China. Mr. Zhang has previous experience in many overseas and domestic up and coming technology corporations. His experience also extends, but is not limited to, the communication industries. He is skilled at organizing and managing teams, extending markets and researching and developing information systems.
Since 2003, Mr. Zhang has been in charge of the work of trade promotion, production marketing, market operating, market surveying, market planning, etc. in multinational IT corporations. He has also been in charge of a Chinese market with almost 200 million US dollars in business. Before this, Mr. Zhang worked as a technology manager in a grand domestic information technology service provider. He led and managed nearly one hundred people that were part of a technological team all over China. Through providing the communication industry with software production, consultation and system integration service, Mr. Zhang has achieved over a hundred million dollars of turnover.
Before he returned to China, Mr. Zhang worked in the US for more than 10 years. He focused on information system research and development in the communication field for communication enterprises. These enterprises include corporations such as American Southern Bell Corporation and HITACHI Communication Corporation. He obtained a deep understanding of the electronic communication business and operating support system. Mr. Zhang joined American Z-TEL Communication Corporation as one of the first R&D staff to develop a new communication business flat roof using the newest design ideas and software technology. This project provided daily communication service for millions of users all over America. The corporation succeeded in coming into the market within two years and extended to 3000 people.
Mr. Zhang Fuqing received his MBA Master Degree from American Texan University and his electronic engineering Masters Degree from Houston University. Mr. Zhang graduated from the Exactitude Apparatus Department in Tsinghua University and got an Engineering Bachelor’s Degree. Mr. Zhang has received Chinese and American higher education and accumulated abundant working experience in many corporations throughout China and America. Mr.Zhang is also proficient in the English and Mandarin languages.

Before join ZDTone, worked for Huaiwei Technology and UTstarcom and responsible for management and product development.
Graduated from Jilin University with engineering degree.

Before join ZDTone, worked as country manager and training director for an international company for direct-sell and training industry. Built 27 subsidiaries at provincial level and 52 branches with total sales force of 50000.
